3.2 Ordering: When you place an order through our Website, by phone, or in person, you are making an offer to purchase the Products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to Product unavailability, errors in pricing or Product information, or identification of potential fraud.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

3.5 Delivery and Pickup: Delivery is available within certain areas of Sydney. Delivery fees may apply and will be displayed during checkout. You may also pick up your order at our bakery location during operating hours. You are responsible for inspecting all Products upon delivery or pickup.

4. Classes and Workshops

4.1 Registration: Class registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is only secured upon full payment.

4.2 Class Policies: Participants must be at least 16 years of age unless otherwise specified for certain classes. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

4.3 Health and Safety: Participants are required to disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registration. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate allergies and restrictions, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from allergens. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

4.4 Materials: All necessary materials and ingredients for classes are included in the class fee unless otherwise specified. You may be required to bring certain items, which will be communicated at the time of registration.

4.5 Photography: We may take photographs during classes for promotional purposes. By participating in a class, you consent to being photographed and to the use of these photographs in our promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the beginning of the class.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Product Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds on purchases once the Products have been picked up or delivered, except in cases where the Products are demonstrably defective. Claims for defective Products must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Bakemancy or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Materials distributed during classes, including recipes and techniques, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and guarantees relating to our Website, Products, and Classes.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website, Products, or Classes, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

For Products that are defective, our liability is limited to replacement of the Product or refund of the purchase price.

Our total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product or Class giving rise to the claim.
